Email can be a useful way of gaining information and support with any health-related issues if telephone is not the best way for you to seek support.

In a crisis you should seek other forms of support for a more immediate response. Depending on the nature of the emergency you could call:

Enter your email address, name and query. If you wish to remain anonymous you should use an email address and name that doesn’t easily identify who you are.

A counsellor will respond to your email within 24 hours. If your enquiry is unlikely to be resolved by a single email, you should call us instead on 1800 377 700.

If you require an immediate response, please call us. Our service provides free and confidential support 24/7 to all dental practitioners and students Australia-wide.
