Dental Practitioner Support marks its first year!

We understand that many of you have had a tough year, particularly because of COVID-19. We hope DP Support has helped to ease some of these pressures by giving you an additional support option.

‘The past 12 months have been extraordinary for dental practitioners, both professionally and personally,’ Dental Board of Australia Chair, Dr Murray Thomas said.

‘The Board was pleased to launch the service during such a critical time for the profession. We couldn’t have done it without the Dental Practitioner Support team’s positive enthusiasm and drive to be up and running at the height of COVID. Need for the service is ongoing and I urge all dental practitioners to add the 24/7 phone number to their mobiles. You never know when you might need to reach out for health and wellbeing advice or support.'
